This is a 2 day class for only $300.  Registration includes lunch both days.  All class attendees MUST bring an HP 12 C calculator and a laptop, ipad pro or the like, to class to work through some of the course materials. Outlets for charging will be available at each table. CELL PHONES ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR USE DURING THE EXAM. It is also recommended that a student either print the included ebook or bring an additional e-reader/tablet if they are not going to purchase a hard copy from National.

Residential and commercial solar is growing in Alaska. The Municipality of Anchorage had 87 solar installations prior to 2019. 204 residential and 10-12 commercial installations were installed in the Municipality of Anchorage in 2019. The Solarize Anchorage project is expanding in 2020 to Bayshore/Klatt, Abbot Loop, Rabbit Creek and Tudor/University Area. Solarize Fairbanks is kicking off in the Spring of 2020.  Solar projects are also sweeping through Kenai, Soldotna and Homer.
Sandra K Adomatis is a national speaker on the valuation of green features at events such as GreenBuild, IBS, EEBA, ACI, The White House Conference Center, National Association of Realtors, National Association of Home Builders, and Appraisal Institute Conferences.  She is a real estate appraiser, instructor, author, and appraisal course developer. She spearheaded the development of the Appraisal Institute Residential and Commercial Green and Energy Efficient Addendums.
